Sunset Ceramics, Erakala 4740

Service Description

Join Nicky from Sunset Ceramics for a hands-on 90-minute workshop where you’ll learn the fundamentals of wheel throwing. Under expert guidance, you’ll have the chance to throw your own pottery pieces and select your favourite to be professionally finished by Nicky. The drying, glazing and firing process takes up to 4 weeks, after which your piece will be fully functional — safe for food use, dishwasher and microwave friendly. Please note, this workshop can get messy, so wear clothes you don’t mind getting dirty. Feel free to bring a drink bottle and a snack to keep you refreshed. Once your piece is ready, we’ll contact you to arrange collection. If not collected within a month, shipping can be organised at your expense or the piece will be donated. Please note: if you have a pre-existing back, neck or arm injury, you may find this workshop uncomfortable. For more details, check our FAQ tab or email us at sunsetceramics03@gmail.com.
