Service Description
Join us at the cosy Sunset Ceramics studio, located in Erakala (address given upon booking). Select your piece of pottery, make yourself a cuppa (or BYO any beverages and platters), and settle in. Nicky from Sunset Ceramics will share a few tips to get you started, before leaving you to unleash your creativity and bring your pottery to life with colour and personality. Pro tip: Arrive with a few underglazing ideas or references — Pinterest is a great place to start. Following your 2-hour workshop: Your piece will receive a final coat of clear glaze and be kiln-fired. You’ll be notified when it’s ready for collection — typically within 2 weeks. Note: If your pottery piece is not collected within one month, it'll be shipped to you at your expense. If shipping cannot be arranged, your piece will be donated. Please keep in mind that ceramics can be temperamental — on rare occasions, pieces can warp and crack during firing. Rest assured, every item is handled with care throughout the process. Cancellation Policy
When booking your workshop, please check the dates carefully. At Sunset Ceramics, we value your time and the fact that you're spending your hard-earned dollars with us. In saying that, our time is equally as important. If you fail to show to your reserved workshop time, there will be no refunds offered. At any point up until the start of your workshop, you're welcome to gift your seat to a friend or family member if you're unable to attend.
